The successful candidate will focus on delivering robust and efficient Lithography manufacturing processes using problem-solving skills and data analytics. Each day, they will be challenged by working on a diverse set of tools with a world-class team.\n Key Duties and Responsibilities:\nUnderstand and optimize processes and procedures in the Lithography area.\nPlan and execute experiments for new technologies and processes.\nDrive activities such as yield and reliability improvements, throughput optimization, cost reduction, and safety improvements.\nPerform advanced data analysis.\nUnderstand and apply SPC principles to establish and sustain robust processes.\nRespond in an appropriate and timely manner to out-of-control process conditions.\nManage the disposition of non-conforming material.\nPrioritize production support and other responsibilities.\nGenerate written process instruction specifications.\nCommunicate established processing procedures with production operators and process technicians.\nContribute to factory operational efficiency by supporting operators, technicians, and engineers\n Education/Experience:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field\n5+ years of direct Lithography work experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.\nFluent in English Language - written & verbal \nMust have permanent right to work in the US without sponsorship\nSkills:\nDirect experience with ASML and/or TEL equipment and processes\nStrong hands-on experience in MUV, DUV, and immersion lithography\nFundamental understanding of semiconductor device physics.\nDemonstrated ability to apply and practice SPC and DOE methodology, including driving CD and overlay improvements\nDemonstrated experience with continuous fab improvement in yield, throughput, and cost reduction, preferably in a lean manufacturing environment.\nFundamental understanding of standard metrology, inspection, and failure analysis methods, and their applications\nAdvanced data analysis skills. The ability to quickly learn and apply various software applications is required.\nEnergetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude with a strong attention to detail\nApproachable with an internal customer focus, integrity, and initiative\nArticulate written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated track record of being able to work well in a team environment, as well as the drive and desire to provide hands-on support for the site’s operators, technicians, and engineers when needed.\nSalary:onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $88,700 to $142,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members.
