continuous improvement for a word class semiconductor manufacturer.\n Apply engineering fundamentals to support semiconductor manufacturing, technical operations, and continuous improvement activities. \nAnalyze manufacturing, equipment, process, quality, or operational data to identify trends, solve problems, and recommend improvements. \nSupport the investigation, containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective action of manufacturing or engineering issues. \nPlan and execute experiments, trials, or structured evaluations; analyze results and communicate conclusions and recommendations. \nPartner with manufacturing, engineering, facilities, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, yield, reliability, cycle time, productivity, and cost. \nDevelop, document, and sustain engineering methods, specifications, procedures, reports, dashboards, or other technical work products. \nSupport the introduction, qualification, optimization, and ongoing performance of processes, equipment, systems, or analytical tools. \nParticipate in project planning and execution by defining actions, tracking milestones, managing priorities, and meeting commitments. \nPresent technical findings and project updates clearly to engineers, technicians, operators, and leadership. \nBuild technical capability through hands-on assignments, mentoring, formal training, and collaboration with subject-matter experts. \nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. \nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. \nZero to two years of relevant engineering experience; internships, co-op assignments, laboratory work, research, design projects, or manufacturing experience may be considered. \nDemonstrated ability to apply engineering principles, analyze data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document work and present technical information clearly. \nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. \nFluency in written and spoken English. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. \nInternship, co-op, research, laboratory, capstone, or project experience in manufacturing, semiconductor processing, equipment, facilities, test, quality, automation, or data analysis. \nCoursework or practical experience with statistical analysis, design of experiments, process control, root-cause analysis, or continuous improvement methods. \nFamiliarity with manufacturing metrics and structured problem-solving methods such as 5S, 8D, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, or FMEA. \nExperience using engineering, analytical, programming, visualization, or business intelligence tools to evaluate data and communicate results. \nSelf-motivated and able to learn quickly, take ownership of assignments, and work effectively with appropriate guidance in a dynamic manufacturing environment. \nDemonstrated interest in semiconductor manufacturing and
