The engineer works cross-functionally with Design, Technology Development, Test, Reliability, Quality, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver robust, competitive products.\n Drive the successful execution of new MOSFET product development projects in collaboration with cross-functional NPD teams.\nDefine product specifications for new products with Technology Development, Design, and Product Marketing team.\nValidate electrical characteristics and key product parameters in accordance with NPD processes and product requirements.\nDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to enable effective problem solving and ensure on-time project execution.\nCollaborate with Test, Design, and Application Engineering teams to develop test specifications, including datasheet coverage and production test limits.\nMonitor new product qualifications, analyze reliability results, investigate failures, and drive corrective actions to ensure product robustness.\nLead technical problem solving and failure analysis activities by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and coordinating with cross-functional teams.\n Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or Electronic or Semiconductor Engineering or similar degree. \n6+ years of relevant experience in developing Semiconductor devices, as a Product Engineer, or Product Development Engineer, or Test Engineer, or Application Engineer. \nExperience in semiconductor processes (silicon fabrication/probe testing/assembly/final testing)\nFamiliar with power device operations and applications\nEnglish Skill: TOEIC Speaking Intermediate High+, OPIc Intermediate High+\nPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Power Discrete Device Physics\nKnowledge of Power Discrete quality and reliability mechanisms\nKnowledge of Power Discrete wafer and component level testing and yield improvement\nGood understanding of the process of fabrication and assembly\nUnderstanding of semiconductor device failure mode and mechanism or experience in failure analysis\nStrong probability and statistics background\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nPreferred Experience and SkillsExperience in leading cross-functional teams and understanding program/project management methodologies\nExcellent data handling skills using office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Minitab or JMP, Exensio, and other relevant applications\nFluent English communication skills encompassing speaking, listening, and writing
