/ Quality Improvement\n Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).\nMinimum 8-10 years experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.\nAt least 3 years in leadership roles handling NPI, PE, ME, or technical engineering teams.\nExperience in qualification runs, PPAP, safe launch, material conversion, or yield improvement is a plus.\nSkills and Competencies:\nStrong understanding of semiconductor assembly processes (Die Prep, Die Attach, WB, Molding, Trim/Form, Test).\nKnowledge in DOE, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, and 8D problem solving.\nExperience with NPI readiness, qualification requirements, Cpk capability, risk analysis, and safe launch.\nProficient in data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, Excel).\nFamiliar with product documentation: Build Sheets, BCR/EBR, flow changes, specs.\nPurpose-driven leadership aligned with onsemi DNA traits.\nStrong project and time-management skills.\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nEffective communicator with concise reporting and executive presence.\nRelentless in driving results and resolving issues
