Basic Purpose of the Job\nResponsible for operating the assigned production equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Standards. Major Duties and Responsibilities\nHandle production equipment as assigned and must be certified to operate, do full processing of semiconductor product as per specified process flow and defined Quality Standards.\nHandle process properly for non-machine as assigned and must be certified to perform task, do full processing of semiconductor product and supplies as per specified process flow and defined Quality Standards.\nUnderstands and conforms to operating guidelines of assigned station to ensure product processed are in accordance to defined standard procedures and customer requirements. Comply to organization-established guidelines / policies and safety requirements. \nPerforms housekeeping to maintain an orderly workplace and always adheres to safety precautions and specifications.\nPerform quality monitoring and activities specified in the Process Specs and Work Instructions.\nAttend training and pass required certification exam to ensure station responsibilities are understood and performed.\nEnsure process and specs conformance every CHANGEOVER.\nPerform minor assist and troubleshooting as required.\nPerform lot transaction.\nPrioritize processing of lots based on targets set by PTL or Supervisors.\nPerform 100% inspection if needed for hold lots.\nProvide accurate and timely information/data on lots processed or machine performance (Quality issue, output, and machine downtime).\n IV. Job Specifications\nEducationGraduate of a Technical Course or completed 2nd year college education of any degree or Senior Highschool Graduate.\n\nSkillsMust know the process flow and basic operation of machine.\nMust be flexible in all job functions as required and must have a sense of responsibility, aggressiveness, and initiative.\nMust be skilled and certified to operate at least 2 technologies.\nMust be aware of the safety precautions of the equipment and can practice decision making responsibilities.\nCan perform the job with minimal supervision.
