onsemi’s semiconductor fabrication facility in Syracuse, NY, is looking for a Process Technician to join the team. Our technology enables the next generation of power conversion, accelerating the transition to high-efficiency, high-power conversion solutions and inspiring new power system architectures.
Shift (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, or possibly 11:00 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday
- Process semiconductor wafers on tools in a cleanroom fab environment, e.g., photolithography, MOCVD, etch, thin films, etc.
- Perform visual quality inspections and enter measurement data.
- Follow all procedural and safety specifications.
- Physically move wafers through the cleanroom.
- Education - High school diploma or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- Ability to follow written procedures and verbal directions.
- Attention to detail and well-organized.
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $21.20-$36.92/hr. range exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
