This role provides a unique opportunity to influence next-generation platform architectures, drive design wins with leading customers, and establish market leadership in multiphase power control solutions.\n As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will:\nLead product strategy for multiphase controllers from definition through market release and drive profitable growth of the portfolio\nDevelop and execute product roadmaps based on deep understanding of CPU/GPU power delivery architectures, VRM requirements, telemetry, and control systems\nAct as the key interface with Sales, FAE, and key customers to drive design-in opportunities and achieve design-win targets\nProvide thought leadership in multiphase controllers, system-level power optimization, and platform architecture, anticipating and shaping market needs\nMeet or exceed revenue, design-win, and margin goals for the business unit\nCollaborate with teams across Tech Dev, Design, Product & Test engineering, Project Management, Firmware, and Apps Engineering, to ensure product success\nInfluence architecture decisions with OEMs, hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners\nSupport customer engagements, technical discussions, and industry forums to build strong relationships and drive adoption\nBalance product differentiation, feature set, and cost structure to ensure competitive and scalable solutions\nQualifications that will allow you to be successful:\n8+ years in the semiconductor industry and/or system-level power electronics\nDomain expertise in multiphase controllers, and voltage regulator architectures\nUnderstanding of CPU/GPU compute power delivery requirements and system-level challenges\nProven experience in product management, product marketing, or product line leadership, including driving design wins\nStrong technical capability combined with a customer-focused mindset and ability to engage system architects and power engineers\nDemonstrated ability to develop business cases, pricing strategies, and market plans\nExperience working with global customers and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization\nStrong problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills\nExcellent presentation and interpersonal skills to internal senior management and external customer leaders\nSalary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $151,455.00 - 272,550.00 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
