This position is especially suitable for candidates who prefer an early work schedule.\nSupport Program Managers in the cross-functional review board responsible for reviewing and prioritizing company-wide Product Change Notifications (PCNs).\nServe as the Quality focal point for TFP setup and execution, ensuring disciplined and compliant implementation.\nProvide quality control to ensure: TFP readiness\nSystem alignment (e.g., PCN, Agile, TFP cross reference)\nControlled cutover timing\nAudit readiness\nEffective issue resolution\n\nMonitor and track basic quality metrics, including: Approval adherence\nConversion accuracy\nIncorrect Shipment prevention\n\nCollaborate with global stakeholders across Quality, Program Management, Business Units, Operations, and Sales/Order Management.\nProvide global support across US, Europe, and Asia time zones as required.\n Education\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. \nExperience\nSeveral years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Governance roles.\nExperience supporting program or process execution in a cross-functional environment is preferred. \nSkills and Competencies\nWorking knowledge of Change Management, PCN, and/or TFP (Transparent Flow Process) concepts.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools.\nAbility to work effectively with global teams and support multiple time
