Responsibilities\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate follow-up.\nPartner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand hiring priorities, talent needs, and role requirements.\nProactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for technical and engineering positions.\nConduct candidate screening and assessment, presenting qualified candidates and market insights to Hiring Managers.\nStay informed on talent market trends, candidate expectations, and competitive hiring activities to support effective recruiting strategies. \nProvide timely updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health, and hiring challenges.\nEnsure an excellent candidate experience through professional and responsive communication throughout the hiring process.\nMaintain accurate recruitment records and support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed. \n Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n2-3 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.\nExperience managing recruitment activities independently and handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.\nStrong sourcing capabilities and candidate engagement skills.\nGood understanding of the Taiwan talent market and recruitment landscape.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and candidates.\nWell-organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nGood command of Mandarin Chinese and English.\nExperience recruiting for technical, engineering, or semiconductor-related positions is a
