By strengthening data quality, performance, and automation, this role will help create a more agile and reliable sales data ecosystem, reducing time to resolution for data issues/enhancements, and enabling the sales organization to access accurate, timely, and actionable information for decision making.\n Data Engineering & Development\nDesign, develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using modern data engineering practices.\nBuild and maintain robust data models using DBT following best practices and standards.\nDevelop high-quality, reusable, and efficient SQL code for data transformation, integration, and reporting requirements.\nSupport data migration, integration, and modernization initiatives involving Snowflake and SQL Server platforms.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, reliability, and integrity across all data assets.\nDevOps & Version Control\nUtilize GitLab for source control, code management, branching strategies, merge requests, and deployment processes.\nCollaborate with team members to maintain deployment standards and ensure solution quality.\nTroubleshooting & Continuous Improvement\nIndependently investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex data pipeline and database issues.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems.\nProactively identify opportunities for automation, performance enhancement, and process optimization.\nRecommend innovative approaches, tools, and technologies to improve data platform efficiency and reliability.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with sales ops, BI developers, business analysts, data analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions\n Experience\n4-7 years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Development, or related roles.\nSolid hands-on experience with different database technologies (Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server).\nProven experience using DBT for data transformation and modeling.
