This role requires a strong understanding of power electronics, device physics, and fabrication processes, combined with leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with cross-functional department\n Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of device, process integration and industrialization engineers.\nDrive the development and qualification of next-generation IGBT technologies and initial product implementations.\nDefine and execute technology and product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Manufacturing, Operations, Business Units, Program Management, Product Line Management, and Quality & Reliability.\nLead cross-functional decision-making processes and ensure alignment across teams.\nProactively manage risks and leverage best practices and lessons learned to ensure successful project execution.\nIdentify and address potential reliability and manufacturability concerns early in the development cycle.\nCommunicate project status, risks, and forecasts effectively to internal teams and executive leadership.\nRepresent the organization in technical and strategic discussions with internal and external partners.\nLeading and mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. \nManaging the entire product development lifecycle from concept to market release, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.\n Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field;
