effectiveness.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Engineering teams to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.\nDevelop and maintain manufacturing capacity models for strategic and operational planning.\nPerform analysis of factory utilization, cycle time, throughput, bottlenecks, and production performance.\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and analytical tools.\nSupport manufacturing planning, capacity forecasting, and scenario analysis.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and asset utilization.\nCollaborate with global site teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAnalyze large datasets and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.\nSupport deployment of Industrial Engineering methodologies and best practices across manufacturing sites.\nParticipate in digital transformation initiatives involving analytics, optimization, and automation solutions.\nWork cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT teams to support strategic business objectives.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\nExperience in manufacturing analytics, capacity planning, and optimization.\nProficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nSemiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.\nKnowledge of queuing theory and manufacturing flow analysis.\nWafer fabrication (Wafer Fab) experience preferred.\nExperience with capacity modeling, simulation, and operational research techniques is a plus.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global manufacturing environment.\nExperience developing dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and data-driven decision support tools
