This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings an \"automate everything\" mindset to modern identity security.\nJob description:\nConfigure and administer Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), including Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), Access Requests, Certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD). \nDesign and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC), role engineering, and access governance policies. \nIntegrate Saviynt with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, and enterprise applications like Oracle Fusion cloud etc. using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. \nDevelop automation solutions using SQL, PowerShell, Python, and APIs to streamline provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes. \nTroubleshoot identity and access management issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform enhancements. \nSupport audits and compliance initiatives by providing access to governance controls, certification evidence, and reporting.\nAnalyze business requirements, design and deploy application integrations with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool.\nDesign, implement and maintain business approval and fulfillment workflows, access reviews, and reports for applications.\nBuild, Operate and Enhance Privileged Access Management (PAM) system, propose enhancements to improve privileged accounts protection.\nLead Enterprise Cybersecurity projects and provide expertise as appropriate to projects led by others. \nHands-on experience with Saviynt's latest modules, including Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) and Agentic Identity Governance for human, non-human, and AI agent identities.\nDesign and implement Saviynt processes using its AI capabilities (intelligent recommendations, AI-driven access reviews, Savi Copilot) to improve efficiency of existing processes and enhance user experience.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or closely related field\n8+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, 3+ years of Saviynt EIC/IGA implementation and administration experience\nExperience with all Saviynt IGA modules and experience with implementing platform’s AI capabilities\nTechnical expertise in the following areas: authentication and authorization, identity and access management, access governance, privileged accounts management\nProficiency with REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect\nStrong scripting skills (SQL, REST API, PowerShell, XML, JavaBean, or similar) are required\nExperience with PAM systems, and security controls\nFamiliarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, RedHat Directory Service).\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS and Azure) and integrating IAM solutions.\nHands-on experience with JML, Access Certifications, SoD, RBAC, and Role Engineering\nExperience with workflow automation, provisioning, and application onboarding\nHands-on experience with Saviynt's latest modules, including Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) and Agentic Identity Governance for human, non-human, and AI agent identities.\nExperience governing AI agents and non-human identities across platforms such as Microsoft etc.\nUnderstanding of SOX,
