As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help ensure onsemi attracts and hires the skilled professionals needed to support our continued growth and innovation.\nAct as a key contact for hiring at onsemi in the Czech Republic (Roznov pod Radhostem and Brno). \nManage the entire hiring process, from requisition approval to onboarding. \nDevelop innovative, creative, and proactive recruiting and direct sourcing strategies.\nIdentify improvement initiatives to provide customer satisfaction and excellent candidate experience. \nEffectively build and engage with talent communities through various channels. \nPartner with regional teams to support recruitment initiatives across other countries and sites when required.\nOrganize and support branding activities to establish a recognizable “Employer of Choice” reputation for the company. \nMS degree preferred.
