Collect end customer’s feedback for internal new concept solutions design and ideas.\nPull together concept designs and target specs with inputs from customers, system, application and development engineering for both electrical and packaging areas, then present them to customers.\nInitiate new product development, be the owner of biz case, Justify the investment, create targeted milestson’s, control the requirements of product and customer, offers priorities, and change management. \nCreate and update product line level roadmap.\nTraining and Presentation to Sales and field application engineers, and provid the promotion material and guidances to sales team.\nPrimary technical and commercial interface between internal development team and sales & field application.\n Position Requirements:\n7+ years work experience in the semiconductor industry - preferably related to product for the automotive industry.\nHighly technical with the understanding of power semiconductors (such as, Sic MOSFET, IGBT, Gate drivers, etc.), semiconductor power module, and power applications, such as motor control applications, power conversions, etc., ideally for automotive applications.\nGood analytical skills\nSelf-starter, proactive, high energy, results and goal driven.\nTeam work skills (Working with global teams)\nAbility to formulate business cases and understanding of commercial background.\nAbility to tactfully deal with multiple business and cultures around the world.\nGood presentation skills.\nWillingness to travel both domestically and internationally.\nEducation\nBS degree in Engineering.
