Warehouse Operations\nSupervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, material issuance, material movement and inventory control.\nEnsure materials are received, stored, handled and issued accurately and on time.\nCoordinate warehouse priorities according to production and operational requirements.\nEnsure proper material identification, storage location and transaction accuracy.\nMonitor daily warehouse workload and allocate resources appropriately.\nEnsure smooth material flow between warehouse and manufacturing areas.\nEscalate material shortages, receiving issues or operational constraints that may impact production.\n2. Team Supervision & LeadershipProvide daily direction and supervision to warehouse personnel.\nPlan manpower allocation according to workload and operational priorities.\nConduct daily briefings and communicate priorities, issues and safety requirements to the team.\nCoach employees on warehouse processes, work standards, safety and productivity expectations.\nMonitor attendance, work assignments and operational coverage.\nSupport employee training and cross-training to improve team flexibility and capability.\nPromote teamwork, accountability and operational discipline.\n3. Inventory ControlMaintain high standards of inventory accuracy through proper warehouse transactions and material handling.\nMonitor inventory discrepancies and coordinate investigation and corrective actions.\nSupport cycle-count and physical inventory activities.\nEnsure materials are stored in designated locations and properly identified.\nMonitor aging, excess, obsolete or slow-moving materials and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure inventory movements are correctly recorded in the applicable ERP/WMS system.\n4. Receiving & Material HandlingCoordinate incoming material receiving activities to support operational requirements.\nEnsure materials are verified against relevant receiving information before storage or further movement.\nMonitor timely processing of incoming materials.\nCoordinate the movement of materials to production or designated storage locations.\nAddress receiving discrepancies, damaged materials and documentation issues with relevant teams.\nEnsure proper material-handling practices are followed.\n5. Safety, Quality & ComplianceEnsure warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Environmental, Health & Safety requirements and internal procedures.\nConduct regular checks to maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions.\nEnsure employees use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.\nSupport investigation and corrective actions for warehouse-related safety or quality issues.\nPromote safe material-handling practices and proactive identification of workplace risks.\nSupport internal and external audits related to warehouse operations.\n6. Operational PerformanceMonitor warehouse operational performance and identify gaps requiring corrective action.\nTrack relevant performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, receiving performance, material movement and productivity.\nSupport achievement of departmental operational targets.\nAnalyze recurring warehouse issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.\nPrepare operational reports and updates for management as required.\n7. Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, material flow and inventory accuracy.\nParticipate in Lean, Kaizen, 5S and other continuous-improvement activities.\nSupport waste reduction and optimization of warehouse space and material movement.\nAssist in reviewing and improving warehouse work processes and standard operating procedures.\nWork with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring operational issues.\nMinimum Qualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.\nRelevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, materials management or manufacturing operations.\nPrevious experience supervising or coordinating warehouse personnel is preferred.\nExperience in semiconductor, electronics or high-volume manufacturing operations would be an advantage.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory-control principles.\nKnowledge of receiving, storage, material handling and inventory transactions.\nGood people supervision and team coordination skills.\nAbility to prioritize manpower and operational activities according to business requirements.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nGood analytical skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.\nAbility to analyze warehouse data and operational issues.\nGood understanding of 5S and continuous improvement principles.\nStrong
