Structured programs such as rotational field sales and finance analyst tracks offer additional career pathways for interns transitioning into full-time roles.\nPSG SJD team is seeking a highly qualified applications intern candidate for SiC JFET products (discrete devices, co-packaged smart power devices and high-power modules) focusing on trending applications such as AI data center switch mode power conversion, circuit protections, renewable energy, etc.\nThe position is located in Princeton (NJ, USA).\n Supporting internal evaluation requests (electrical, thermal, mechanical) with proficient skills in lab environment (oscilloscope, probes, soldering, etc.)\nIndependently conduct experiments\nDesigning or crafting customized test setup for internal evaluation (electrical, thermal, mechanical)\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in EE, plus 2+ years in the power semiconductors field or master’s degree plus 0-2+ years in the semiconductor industry. \nIndividual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.\nLaboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET etc.) required.\n Circuit analysis and power electronics course background is mandatory.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nExcellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).\nPreferred Qualifications\nPower semiconductor characterization experience\nConverter design experience\nProficient with lab quipment (oscilloscope, voltage / current probes, power supplies, various mechanical tools)\nonsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $25.00 -$36.00 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
