This role offers hands-on experience in demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), providing exposure to cross-functional business processes and strategic decision-making.\nThe intern will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, and the BU teams to analyze data, improve reporting tools, and contribute to projects that enhance forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.\nForecast Analytics & Reporting Projects\nAnalyze forecast performance and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nSupport forecast accuracy and bias analysis through data collection and reporting.\nDevelop dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports to support business reviews.\nAssist in preparing materials and insights for forecast review meetings.\nS&OP and Business Process Projects\nSupport ongoing S&OP initiatives by gathering data, tracking project milestones, and documenting outcomes.\nParticipate in cross-functional projects focused on enhancing planning effectiveness.\nContinuous Improvement & Data Management Projects\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting and streamline planning workflows.\nCompile, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems to support planning activities.\nCreate and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard work instructions.\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel;
