This role provides hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes, inventory control, transportation planning, and supply chain operations. The intern will work closely with logistics professionals to analyze data, improve operational efficiency, and support day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities.\nAssist with daily logistics and warehouse operations activities.\nSupport inventory management and cycle count activities using Oracle EBS and WMS.\nReview, track, and update shipment information, receipts, and inventory transactions.\nMonitor order fulfillment activities to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.\nGenerate and analyze logistics performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nAssist with troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and transaction errors.\nSupport process improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.\nParticipate in root cause analysis for shipping, receiving, and inventory issues.\nCollaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.\nMaintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics and warehouse operations.\nSupport special projects related to transportation, warehousing, and supply chain optimization.\n Qualifications - External\nRequirements:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.\n\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong data accuracy skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior coursework or exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.\n\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).\n\nBasic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\n\nExperience with data analysis and reporting tools.\n\nInterest in warehouse operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement.\n\nDuring the internship, the candidate will gain experience in:\nOracle EBS inventory and transaction management.\n\nWarehouse Management System (WMS) operations.\n\nInventory control and cycle counting processes.\n\nLogistics reporting and KPI development. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
