The Senior Section Head collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Business Units, Site Product Engineering, and Quality teams to address barriers in improving overall equipment effectiveness.\nLead, develop, and manage the Tester Equipment Engineering team to achieve operational and business objectives.\n\nProvide technical leadership of a cross-functional team to drive closure of dog devices related to tester hardware, software, interface issues and test-related issues.\n\noach and mentor engineers and technicians to enhance technical competency and leadership capability.\n\nOptimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.\n\nOwn the overall health, reliability, and availability of production test equipment by driving improvement of KPIs such as uptime, MTBF and utilization towards entitlement\n\nDevelop tester capacity plans aligned with production forecasts and business requirements.\n\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction through equipment optimization, spare parts management and board repair capability expansion.\n\nEnsure accurate documentation for equipment configurations, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance records.\n\nEnsure tester equipment complies with quality, environmental, and safety standards. Support internal, customer, and external audits.\n\nMonitor engineering KPIs, deliver cost-saving projects against annual targets and provide regular performance reports to management.\n\nIdentify future technology requirements and recommend investments to enhance manufacturing capability.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.\n\n5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams, supervisors, or section heads.\n\nProven ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nStrong expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems, deployment, improvement and sustainment.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of electronics, circuit analysis, digital and analog testing, and test methodologies\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing test and wafer probe processes.\n\nFamiliarity with test platforms such as Advantest, Teradyne, ETS, or equivalent ATE systems.\n\nKnowledge of quality systems methodologies such as Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing and metrology disciplines\n\nExperience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with global and cross-functional teams.\n\nExperience in Test/Product Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), product qualification, and manufacturing transfer activities is a
