semiconductor operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Systems Strategy & Leadership\nDevelop and execute the technology roadmap supporting Global Sourcing and Procurement.\nLead business process transformation initiatives through automation, digitalization, and data-driven decision making.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and procurement platforms to improve operational effectiveness.\nEstablish governance, prioritization, and portfolio management processes for procurement-related system enhancements.\nProcurement & Sourcing Systems Management\nOwn the end-to-end business systems landscape supporting:Strategic Sourcing\nDirect & Indirect Material Procurement\nSupplier Relationship Management (SRM)\nContract Lifecycle Management (CLM)\nSupplier Risk Management\nSupplier Quality Management\n\nProgram & Project Management\nLead large-scale digital transformation programs across procurement and supply chain functions.\nManage vendors, implementation partners, and project resources.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nEstablish project governance, risk management, and executive communications procedures.\n Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.\n10+ years of experience in Business Systems, IT, Supply Chain Systems, Procurement Systems, or ERP leadership roles.\n5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical and business-facing teams.\nExperience supporting procurement and sourcing organizations within a semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or similar complex global environment.\nStrong expertise in ERP and procurement platforms such as Oracle, Coupa, or equivalent.\nExperience leading enterprise-wide system implementations and business transformation initiatives.\nStrong understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.\nExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication
