They should possess analytical skills to identify problems, the leadership skills to own and drive improvement, the technical skills to balance the benefits and risks of various solution paths.\n The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:\nProvide designer's perspective to trouble shoot issues encountered during transfer, such as (but not limited to): 1. Evaluate criticality of device behavior from receiving site if it cannot match sending site (due to equipment or recipe differences); 2. Identify circuit and test behavior most likely to be impacted; 3. Support simulation or corner splits to help in a risk assessment.\nWith various acquisition projects, enable \"onsemi-as foundry\" design environment.\nSupport internal or external tape in/tape outs for transfer projects.
