The selected individual will be responsible for managing technology development platform projects that “move the needle” within the PSG business group. This position requires continual interactions with both internal and external members to ensure the project outputs align with stakeholder’s evolving needs. The selected individual is additionally responsible for ensuring that internal project management processes and standards are adhered to and continuously improved.\nResponsibilities:\nOversees a Technology Development Platform Proliferations and work across Technology Development program managers\nDefine and manage project requirements with stakeholders throughout the life of the project\nManage project change requests (define, assess change impact, execution approval) throughout the life of the project. \nCreating schedules in MS Project, creating risk analyses using onsemi program management tools\nDocumentation and tracking of projects/programs with program managers of defined scope, on schedule, within budget\nLead cross functional teams to successful problem resolution outcomes, staying on schedule\nMonitor and deliver project execution to plan\nPerform regular program risk management\nEarly identification, resolution, and timely closure of critical decisions\nResolve most project problems, intelligently escalate\nManage several key projects in parallel or singular large programs\nCommunicate effectively and efficiently to all relevant stakeholders and team members.\nDocument & report on all aspects of the programs\nContinually maintain and keep up to date the project schedule\nContribute to organization learning by leading 8D problem solving\n Requirements:\nSemiconductor process, device/package and/or development engineering a MUST\nMin 8 years of project and program management experience or roles with strong project management component\nExperience in New Product Development, particularly in Power Module \nBachelor’s degree in science or engineering field - masters preferred\nA history of increasingly impactful quantifiable accomplishments is required.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus\nProficiency in MS Excel, Power Point. \nProficiency in Microsoft Project is a plus.\nCompetencies:\nKnow-how:\nHands-on wafer fab processing, product engineering, and/or development experience equivalent to 10+ years in process/device/development engineering roles\nExcellent leadership skills and effective communication through all levels of the organization\nAbility to create effective executive presentations, flexible to different executive needs\nWaterfall project management methodologies, tools, and capabilities\nStrong statistical process control and experiment design knowledge and experience\nData gathering and analysis to understand gaps and issues in processes and tools\nBroad, cross-functional experience in semiconductor manufacturing is highly valuable\nExperience with integrations and divestitures a plus\nRequired Skills:\nActive identification of schedule pull-in opportunities\nAbility to operate independently within program guidelines\nProficiency in proactive risk planning and reaction to project problems to stay on schedule\nTeam player with strong listening skills that can take inputs and make informed decisions\nConcise and clear written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills\nAbility to manage cross functional, cross disciplined team members\nAbility to handle changing priorities, work pressure to meet deadlines\nEffective influence management without direct authority\nDemonstrated ability to communicate throughout the organization, including the executive
