requests to ensure effective support and communication.\nSupport product changes as Product Engineering owner (SLO), ensuring proper coordination, documentation, and timely release.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance yield, optimize testing, and reduce costs.\nTake ownership of assigned product portfolio by monitoring product health, ensuring issues are followed up and closed on time.\n Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent, providing a strong technical foundation in semiconductor devices, circuits, and engineering principles.\nMinimum 3-5 years working experience in semiconductor Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or related field, with hands-on involvement in product support, issue resolution, and manufacturing environment.\nGood understanding of semiconductor power devices like IGBT, DIODE, Si/SiC MOSFET.\nGood understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process flow, including fab, assembly, and test operations, to support effective problem analysis and product performance improvement.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to perform data analysis and apply structured root cause methodology to resolve complex technical issues and drive corrective actions.\nAble to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining focus, ownership, and meeting timeline expectations.\nGood communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams, enabling effective coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and clear technical reporting.\nExperience in tools such as Exensio, Minitab/JMP, Excel, or equivalent, to support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.\nUnderstanding of product test methodology and flow is an advantage, including knowledge of test concepts, coverage, and data interpretation to support product validation and
