These Teams are critical to our ability to introduce new technology for ramp to volume manufacturing.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe successful intern will be part of CMOS Image Sensor, 65nm CMOS BCD integration, or Advanced Packaging development teams.\nInternship Project may include:\nDevelop new processes or control plans.\nEvaluate and qualify new materials, processes, and equipment.\nTroubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield and device performance.\nIndividual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nExcellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).\nEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards. \n Qualifications - External\nRequirements:\nSuccessful internship candidates are headed into Junior or Senior year of their Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related degree.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProficient with lab equipment (oscilloscope, voltage / current probes, power supplies, various mechanical tools).\nonsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $26.00 -$44.00 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
