In this role, you will be responsible for performing detailed failure investigations and root cause analyses on discrete, analog, and power module products. Your work will support requests from Reliability teams, New Product Development, and Production.\nYou will utilize various analytical techniques such as electrical characterization, physical inspection, cross-sectioning, SEM/EDX analysis, and other advanced failure analysis tools to identify failure mechanisms and provide actionable insights.
