These dressing requirements help protect the highly sensitive tech products you will be working with! \nEnjoy detailed work in a clean, structured environment, and follow established safety and quality procedures. \nHave a desire to learn and grow in the manufacturing or semiconductor industries! \nHave the drive and capability to be cross-trained (learn more than one job or operation). \nEnjoy working with equipment technicians (mechanics responsible for maintenance), process technicians (who fix defects in wafers), engineers, and managers to produce the highest-quality product. \nOperating manufacturing tools to process high-quality products. \nWorking in a self-directed work team environment to achieve daily goals. \nInterfacing with computer systems to perform job duties. \nPerforming all activities safely and responsibly, and supporting all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and programs. \nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent. \nLanguage Fluency - English (Written & Verbal). \nMust be able to work a 12-hour shift in a clean-room environment. \nStrong attention to detail. \nMust lift up to 25 pounds over the head and frequently move it over extended distances. \nMust be able to stand, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time. \nComfortable working with and around chemicals (safety training is provided). \nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in both a team and an independent environment. \nOrganizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to complete tasks. \nUnrestricted right to work in the United States. \nStable work history is a plus. \nWork Schedule:\n The schedule is 4 on/3 off for week one and 3 on/4 off for week two.
