As part of our globally distributed Agile engineering team, you will contribute to building and evolving an enterprise-scale web application used by leading technology and manufacturing companies worldwide.\nAs a Software Engineer, you will work on developing and maintaining product features across the Codebeamer platform. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, UX, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software while continuously growing your technical expertise.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software solutions in an Agile environment.\nBuild and enhance product features across the full software development lifecycle.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable code.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.\nContribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices.\nShare knowledge and contribute to team learning and continuous improvement.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3 years of professional software development experience.\nExperience with Java and object-oriented software development.\nExperience with Spring Framework or Spring Boot.\nExperience developing web-based applications.\nFamiliarity with relational databases and SQL.\nExperience using Git and collaborative development workflows.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with modern web development technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular preferred).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD practices and automated testing.\nExperience optimizing application performance and scalability. \nLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
