Now, our software and AI-powered solutions read every line of a client's records against the tax code, produce verified computations, and are reviewed by a credentialed tax professional before filing.\nThis position is based in New York City, and in-office attendance is required Monday-Friday.\nWho we are looking for:\n1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or a customer-facing role with quota responsibilities.\n\nBachelor’s degree is required (Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field are preferred).\n\nPassion for technology, AI, and the financial/tax industry, with the ability to quickly learn and understand technical product concepts related to tax.\n\nStrong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle objections with a customer-centric mindset. A demonstrated history of consistently surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.\n\nSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.\n\nEager to learn, receptive to coaching, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n\nBonus points for CRM experience and other sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred). \n\nBonus points for familiarity with financial documents and/or basic tax-related terminology. \n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nStrategically uncover qualified businesses using creative prospecting techniques to expand our reach.\n\nProactively connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and innovative outreach channels.\n\nWork hand-in-hand with our directors to identify high-priority accounts, target industries and exciting partnership opportunities.\n\nCultivate genuine relationships with business owners and executives to understand their needs and showcase how our services can make a difference.\n\nKeep our CRM updated with detailed records of all outreach efforts to ensure seamless follow-up and tracking.\n\nRepresent Onshore with energy, professionalism, and passion for delivering real value to every interaction.\n\nLife at Onshore:\nRewarding Compensation Packages: We aim to ensure every employee feels valued and appreciated.
