Now, our software and AI-powered solutions read every line of a client's records against the tax code, produce verified computations, and are reviewed by a credentialed tax professional before filing.\nThis position is based in New York City, and in-office attendance is required Monday-Friday.\nRole overview:\nThe Partnership Marketing Manager builds the network of trusted partners across the industries we serve. These include industry experts and associations, professional service providers, ecosystem partners, consultants, and creators. You'll build on our existing partner program, run co-marketing with our valued partners, and be the face of Onshore in rooms where trust is earned slowly. This is a senior role for someone who has done it before and wants to build it right, working directly with the VP of Marketing, the CRO, and the leadership team.\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign and launch Onshore's partner program: partner tiers, onboarding, and the playbook partners use to bring us in.\n\nRecruit and manage referral partners - find new channels who already serve the builders we work with.\n\nBuild co-marketing that partners actually want to run: joint webinars, content, case studies, email campaigns, and shared event appearances.\n\nPlan and host partner events, from roundtables to association conference sessions, working alongside our events lead.\n\nGive partners what they need to refer with confidence - education, enablement materials, talk tracks, and a simple way to send us a client.\n\nTrack partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and report on what each relationship is worth.\n\nWork closely with sales so referred clients get a smooth handoff and partners always hear back on how it went.\n\nRepresent Onshore in front of partner leadership. You'll present, speak at partner events, and be the person partners call.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n7+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or partnerships, ideally at a B2B company where referrals drive real revenue.\n\nExperience building a partner program, not just running one someone else designed.\n\nReal presence with clients and partners. You're comfortable leading a meeting with a managing partner at a large firm or a bank's commercial lending team.\n\nAn understanding of how professional services firms, financial institutions, and industry associations make decisions and refer business.\n\nA track record of tying partner activity to pipeline and revenue, with the numbers to show it.\n\nStrong writing and presentation skills. You can turn a technical offering into a clear reason for a partner to bring us in.\n\nA self-starter who builds relationships patiently and follows through on every one.\n\nA bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nA track record of turning campaign data into changes that improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline - not just clicks.\n\nStrong project management. You can keep several campaigns, budgets, and deadlines moving at once without losing accuracy.\n\nClear communication.
