Now, our software and AI-powered solutions read every line of a client's records against the tax code, produce verified computations, and are reviewed by a credentialed tax professional before filing.\nThis position is based in New York City, and in-office attendance is required Monday-Friday.\n\nWho we are looking for:\n1-4 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.\n\n1+ years of being client facing in some capacity, with the ability to engage with clients and prospects to deliver exceptional service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.\n\nBachelor’s degree is required (Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field are preferred).\n\nExceptional organizations skills with the ability to multitask effortlessly while maintaining keen attention to detail.\n\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, paired with a polished and professional presence that leaves a lasting impression.\n\nA self-motivated innovator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an eagerness to make an impactful contribution to the Sales organization.\n\nProficiency with but not required: Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Docusign.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nKeep Salesforce records, client databases, and sales reports meticulously up-to-date ensuring data accuracy and clear visibility for informed decision-making.\n\nProvide essential daily support to the Sales team, expertly managing meeting schedules, calendars, and preparing compelling sales materials that drive results.\n\nNurture leads by proactively following up with potential clients through phone, email and CRM tools by maintaining momentum and building strong relationships.\n\nAssist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and sales collaterals that showcase Onshore’s value.\n\nMonitor sales metrics, generate insightful performance reports, and support forecasting to keep leadership informed.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally across the organization, and constantly seek innovative ways to improve processes, tools and workflows to drive efficiency to empower the Sales team to succeed.\n\nLife at Onshore:\nRewarding Compensation Packages: We aim to ensure every employee feels valued and appreciated.
