Now, our software and AI-powered solutions read every line of a client's records against the tax code, produce verified computations, and are reviewed by a credentialed tax professional before filing.\nRole overview:\nThe Senior Brand Designer shapes how Onshore looks and sounds everywhere it shows up - product marketing, sales, social, the website, the people we work with every day. You're the only designer here and a critical player in the company’s success. You'll build out Onshore's visual system so it holds together across every industry we serve, working directly the VP of Marketing and the leadership team. It's a chance to build a brand from the inside, not maintain someone else's.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn creative from brief to launch - social, product marketing, sales enablement, events.\n\nBuild and extend Onshore's visual system: layout, motion, templates - so it holds together everywhere it shows up.\n\nWork with marketing and leadership to turn dense, industry-specific ideas into visuals people understand at a glance.\n\nScope your own projects and keep them moving, start to finish. You're the only designer, so this is yours to run.\n\nBuild templates so people outside design can stay on-brand without asking you every time.\n\nCover event and conference materials: signage, booth graphics, swag.\n\nRun more than one project at a time in a fast-moving company, with no other designer to hand things to.\n\nPrepare final files for print and for every platform we publish on.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nReal experience in brand or marketing design, in-house or agency, including projects you owned start to finish.\n\nA portfolio that shows strong craft, systems thinking, and storytelling - ideally across brand and product marketing.\n\nThe ability to apply one brand identity across very different industries, without losing what makes it recognizable.\n\nJudgment about the brand system: when to follow the pattern, and when a new one is worth building.\n\nClear communication. You can explain why a design works, take feedback well, and hold the line for the brand when it matters.\n\nA self-starter who sets their own bar - you're the only designer here, so the standard is whatever you make it.\n\nA bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nNice to have:\nComfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.\n\nExperience with the latest AI design tools to work faster without losing quality.\n\nExperience designing for web and social: responsive layouts, platform-specific formats.\n\nBasic motion or video editing (After Effects).\n\nSome UX/UI exposure.
