We offer morning (9 AM-1 PM) or afternoon (1 PM-5 PM) scheduling options - or both appointment windows.\nThis is a part-time opportunity with hours based on appointment volume and business needs.\nAvailability Required:3-4 weekdays per week and 2 Saturdays per month.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nVisit single-family homes to document property conditions.\nTake detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed.\nProvide professional and courteous customer service when on-site.\nMaintain confidentiality when handling property information.\nPerform light maintenance tasks when needed, including:Carrying and using ladders.\nReplacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters.\nFixing door stops.\n\nWork independently while following company guidelines and procedures.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nValid driver’s license and current auto insurance.\nMust be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle’s insurance policy.\nYour own insured vehicle for work use.\nAbility to transport a 4-ft. ladder in your vehicle.\nComfortable using ladders and basic tools.\nWillingness to drive up to 30 miles from your home ZIP code.\nStrong communication skills are REQUIRED.
