records and prepare regular HR reports and metrics. \n\nEnsure data accuracy and maintain integrity across all HR systems.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n2–4 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.\n\nWorking knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.\n\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.\n\nProficient in MS
