The Senior Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt, responsible for overseeing and optimizing HR operations to support organizational goals. This position involves managing HR policies and procedures, coordinating employee benefits and personnel records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role includes partnering with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, provide guidance to managers and team members on HR-related matters, and help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with minimum 4 years hands on experience in Performance Management/Org. Development.
Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including design, implementation, and compliance with local labor regulations in Egypt.
Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records, handling employee relations issues, and supporting performance management processes.
Proven track record in Talent Management/Organizational Development specialized role.
Strong participation in designing leadership and development programs
Deep understanding of performance frameworks, succession planning, and capability building.
Exceptional communication, influence, and change management skills.
Experience in Engineering industry environments.
