integrity\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrations\nCollaborate with stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance, Support) to gather requirements\nMaintain documentation for improvements\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field\n3–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, etc.)\nStrong proficiency in Deluge scripting\nExperience with REST/SOAP API integrations\nWorking knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for custom widgets/portals)\nFamiliarity with Zoho Flow
