software.\n\nContinuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities \n\nUnderstanding Project RequirementsAnalyze business and technical requirements to identify testing needs and ensure software quality.\n\nTest Planning and StrategyDevelop and execute test plans, test strategies, and testing schedules based on project requirements.\n\nTest Case DevelopmentDesign, review, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test data.\n\nManual TestingPerform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing to identify software defects.\n\nAutomation TestingDevelop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.\n\nDefect ManagementIdentify, document, prioritize, track, and verify defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.\n\nQuality Assurance ProcessesImplement and maintain QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices to ensure software reliability and quality.\n\nCollaboration and CommunicationWork closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve quality issues and support successful project delivery.\n\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) SupportCoordinate and support UAT activities, validate business requirements, and assist stakeholders in verifying system functionality.\n\nTest Reporting and DocumentationPrepare test execution reports, defect summaries, and quality metrics to communicate testing progress and outcomes.\n\nContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation coverage, and overall software quality.\n\nLearning and DevelopmentStay updated on emerging testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance QA
