In this role, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers, define technical strategy, and drive cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a strong focus on security, reliability, operational excellence, and cost optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and mentor a DevOps team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP\n\nManage complex cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, routing, load balancing, and security controls in multi-cloud environments\n\nDrive infrastructure automation and IaC adoption using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm\n\nOptimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to improve delivery speed and reliability\n\nOwn production operations, including monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, and service stability\n\nAct as the escalation lead during critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal business impact\n\nDevelop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity strategies, including regular testing and recovery planning\n\nLead cloud cost optimization initiatives without compromising security, performance, or availability\n\nEnsure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO cloud technologies and best practices\n\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\n10+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including leadership of technical teams.\n\nHands-on expertise managing AWS, Azure, and/or GCP production environments at scale.\n\nStrong background in cloud networking, infrastructure architecture, automation, and IaC (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD).\n\nProven experience supporting mission-critical SaaS platforms in 24/7 production environments.\n\nExtensive experience leading incident response, major incident management, root cause analysis, post-mortems, problem management, and production change/update processes.\n\nAbility to make sound decisions under pressure and effectively lead teams through high-severity outages and service disruptions.\n\nStrong understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity best practices.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a continuous improvement
