Corporate Lawyer

Description:

This role is perfect for a lawyer looking to develop expertise at the intersection of corporate law, tax, trusts, and employee equity compensation. The position involves advising private and public companies on stock option and share plans, reviewing legal and tax-related matters, drafting agreements, and working closely with clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on trust matters and employee equity compensation plans (Section 102)

• Support Israeli and international private and public companies in managing employee stock option and share plans

• Advise clients and internal teams on legal, tax, and trustee-related matters

• Support share acquisition transactions and corporate actions

• Review tax rulings and arrangements and oversee their implementation

• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and equity allocation materials

• Liaise with the Israel Tax Authority and submit required filings

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in Israel and abroad

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and active Israeli Bar membership

• 2 years of post-qualification legal experience

• English & Hebrew Bilingual - Required

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

• Ability to understand complex legal and tax issues quickly

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
