Description: We're looking for skilled Mechanics and Electricians to join our Aircraft Systems Integration team and contribute to the assembly, installation, and testing of advanced aircraft systems. Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide technical guidance to a small team working on mechanical and/or electrical aircraft system integration

  • Support leadership activities such as workforce planning, performance evaluations, onboarding, and team development

  • Carry out assembly tasks, system testing, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and quality checks

  • Ensure production orders are completed on schedule and in accordance with quality and safety requirements

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of practical experience in aircraft assembly or aircraft system integration.

  • Previous experience as team leader

  • Proficient in mechanical and/or electrical system integration processes and procedures, with proven troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience with SAP - Advantage

  • Strong leadership abilities combined with effective teamwork, communication skills, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
