development.\n\nTroubleshoot and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.\n\nUtilize AI-assisted development tools to improve software quality and engineering efficiency.\n\nRequirements\nKey Requirements\nBachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field from a leading institute.\n\n5+ years of real-time embedded software development experience.\n\nStrong proficiency in C and modern C++ (14 and higher)\n\nExperience with RTOS environments and embedded Linux.\n\nTechnical English in writing and conversation, ability to present and interact with peers over video call properly.\n\nExperience with IoT systems and networking protocols such as TCP/IP, MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, and TLS.\n\nExperience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, and Zigbee.\n\nFamiliarity with Python, Git, and Agile development methodologies.\n\nExperience utilizing AI-assisted development tools or agentic AI workflows.\n\nAdvantages\nTeam Lead
