This role combines customer-facing technical support, hardware design expertise, and hands-on debugging to help bring complex products from concept to production.\nResponsibilities\nGuide customers through the design, integration, validation, and production phases of hardware and embedded systems\n\nInvestigate and resolve hardware-related technical issues and escalations\n\nWork closely with engineering, product, and system teams to develop solutions, implement features, and address customer requirements\n\nLead complex debug and root-cause analysis activities involving hardware, firmware, and system-level interactions\n\nDevelop expertise in customer applications and provide technical recommendations on system architecture and design approaches\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, reference designs, and design guidelines\n\nCollect customer feedback and contribute to future product definitions and roadmap planning\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering\n\n5+ years of experience in board-level, or system design\n\nBackground in semiconductor, embedded hardware, or applications engineering\n\nStrong laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other electronic test equipment\n\nExperience working with SoCs, microcontrollers, or embedded platforms\n\nFamiliarity with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, or similar technologies\n\nProven troubleshooting and debugging skills for embedded and hardware systems\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams\n\nPreferred\nExperience supporting enterprise computing, server, networking, industrial, or embedded platforms\n\nFamiliarity with FPGA, CPLD, Verilog, or digital design concepts\n\nProgramming or scripting experience with C, Python, or similar
