Ownership\nLead products through their entire lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through to production, field support, and end-of-life planning.\n\nMaintain ownership, accountability, and technical direction throughout the product journey.\n\nDrive product improvements, reliability enhancements, and future development initiatives.\n\nCustomer Engagement\nAct as the primary technical contact for customers.\n\nBuild trusted relationships and guide customers through the development process.\n\nTranslate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.\n\nEngineering Leadership\nWork closely with electronics, software, and engineering teams to develop innovative machine control solutions.\n\nSupport design reviews and ensure products are manufacturable, reliable, and fit for purpose.\n\nChallenge assumptions and drive best-practice engineering decisions.\n\nPerformance & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor product performance in the field and lead investigations into technical issues.\n\nCapture customer feedback and convert lessons learned into product enhancements.\n\nEnsure traceability of requirements, decisions, and product changes throughout development.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nStrong experience in machine control systems design and product development.\n\nProven ability to manage products throughout the complete lifecycle.\n\nExperience working directly with customers in a technical or engineering capacity.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to influence multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward.\n\nA hands-on engineer who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.\n\nDesirable Experience\nAC and DC control systems.\n\nEmbedded software
