Description:

We are looking for an experienced Verification & Validation Engineer with 7+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, and validation within regulated or quality-controlled environments. This role will be based onsite in Bangalore and will focus on designing and executing comprehensive validation strategies for modern software platforms, cloud infrastructures, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will be responsible for maintaining end-to-end requirements traceability, building scalable automation frameworks, developing cloud-native test infrastructure, and ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, security, and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute V&V strategies for complex software products.

  • Create and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

  • Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and defect resolution.

  • Validate cloud-based and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Partner with development, architecture, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience as a validation, quality, or compliance engineer

  • Strong experience with Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, UFT/QTP, TestComplete, Cucumber, or similar tools.

  • Programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or C#.

  • Expertise building and maintaining API and UI automation frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, software security, and testing best practices.

  • Experience across functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and system testing.

  • Linux/Windows scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and networking fundamentals.

  • Experience validating cloud, virtualized, and enterprise platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI engineering tools.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML validation, RAG testing, hallucination detection, prompt injection testing, and OWASP LLM security.

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
