reliable, high-performance solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software for embedded and real-time systems.\n\nContribute to software architecture, system design, and technical decision-making across product development projects.\n\nDevelop robust applications using C/C++, Qt, and QML.\n\nIntegrate software with embedded hardware platforms and peripheral devices.\n\nImplement and maintain communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, and other industry-standard interfaces.\n\nOptimize software performance, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nConduct code reviews and champion software engineering best practices.\n\nSupport system testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis activities.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the full product development lifecycle.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications\nProven experience developing embedded software for microcontroller-based and real-time systems using C/C++\n\nStrong expertise with the Qt Framework and QML for application and user interface development\n\nSolid understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices, with the ability to contribute to technical decision-making and project leadership\n\nExperience integrating software with embedded hardware, electronic systems, and peripheral devices\n\nKnowledge of embedded communication protocols such as CAN and LIN\n\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities\n\nExperience optimising software performance, reliability, and maintainability\n\nAbility to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams and mentor less experienced developers\n\nExperience with Embedded Linux and/or Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) is advantageous\n\nFamiliarity with automated testing, continuous integration, and software quality processes is beneficial\n\nUnderstanding of electronics, system-level design, and hardware-software interaction is desirable\n\nExperience working within regulated, high-reliability, or safety-focused environments is a
