Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end verification and validation activities across functional and non-functional testing.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test infrastructure.
Validate cloud, hybrid, virtualized, and AI-enabled solutions.
Build and optimize CI/CD-driven test automation pipelines.
Drive performance, scalability, resilience, and security testing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, architecture, and quality teams.
Produce test evidence, quality reports, and release readiness assessments.
Mentor junior engineers and champion quality engineering best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in software testing, verification, validation, or quality engineering.
Strong automation experience using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, UFT/QTP, TestComplete, Cucumber, or similar.
Programming expertise in Python, Java, C++, or C#.
Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of Agile development, SDLC, software testing methodologies, and quality processes.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Exposure to AI-assisted testing, intelligent test automation, or AI/ML solution validation. - Must Have
Strong Linux/Windows scripting and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Industrial Software, SCADA, MES, Historian, or OT environments.
ISTQB, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, VMware, or AI/ML certifications.
Experience with observability, performance engineering, security testing, MLOps, or SRE practices.
