We're looking for a Verification & Validation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of automation, cloud technologies, AI-powered quality engineering, and enterprise-scale software validation.\nThis is an opportunity to join an innovative team where you'll drive quality across the entire software development lifecycle, build advanced automation frameworks, validate cloud and AI-enabled solutions, and influence the release readiness of mission-critical products.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end verification and validation activities across functional and non-functional testing.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test infrastructure.\n\nValidate cloud, hybrid, virtualized, and AI-enabled solutions.\n\nBuild and optimize CI/CD-driven test automation pipelines.\n\nDrive performance, scalability, resilience, and security testing initiatives.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering, product, architecture, and quality teams.\n\nProduce test evidence, quality reports, and release readiness assessments.\n\nMentor junior engineers and champion quality engineering best practices.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.\n\n8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in software testing, verification, validation, or quality engineering.\n\nStrong automation experience using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, UFT/QTP, TestComplete, Cucumber, or similar.\n\nProgramming expertise in Python, Java, C++, or C#.\n\nExperience building and maintaining automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile development, SDLC, software testing methodologies, and quality processes.\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and Infrastructure-as-Code.\n\nExposure to AI-assisted testing, intelligent test automation, or AI/ML solution validation. - Must Have\n\nStrong Linux/Windows scripting and troubleshooting skills.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Industrial Software, SCADA, MES, Historian, or OT environments.\n\nISTQB, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, VMware, or AI/ML certifications.\n\nExperience with observability, performance engineering, security testing, MLOps, or SRE practices.\n\nReady to take quality engineering to the next level?
