A Day in the Life
The Client Project Manager (T&I) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the compliance and safety aspects of site specific LDAR Tagging & Inventory programs. The Client Project Manager position will be responsible for budgeting, documentation completeness and accuracy, database management, compliance tracking and reporting, quality control, improvement and client assistance. This is a traveling position.
The compensation range for this role is $69,000 - $89,000k per annum. Commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.
To thrive in this role, you’ll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:
Write and/or assist in the submittal of monitoring reports
Coordinate all aspects of client projects, including, but not limited to, method research, equipment procurement and rental, travel arrangements, logistics, SOP generation and implementation, and regulatory agency interaction and coordination
Establish, oversee, and manage project deadlines, in addition to effectively communicating updates to clients and team members
Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and customer service skills

Prepare invoice requests routinely and timely
Conduct bid walks and prepare cost estimates and proposals
Coordinate ordering of necessary supplies, equipment, and PPE as necessary
Review monitoring routes for efficiency and accuracy
Effective computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Office are essential) and proficiency with Android OS
Minimum 5+ years of experience conducting LDAR Tagging and Inventory projects in the field
Willingness to travel
Experience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting and managing project costs
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to walk and/or stand while handling/carrying various technical equipment for extended periods of time
Flexibility to work weekends and after hours if necessary
Comfortable occasionally working at heights in a safe manner
Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
Comfortable working outside in all-weather elements
Ability to climb ladders and stairs
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
