In this role, you will provide senior technical and project leadership while supporting the continued growth of our team and client relationships. Key responsibilities will include:\nPlaying a key role in growing, developing and mentoring the Sydney Assessment and Approvals team\nBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships and driving business development opportunities\nLeading client and stakeholder meetings and providing trusted, strategic environmental advice\nSuccessfully managing multiple projects, including technical delivery, budgets, resourcing and timelines\nProviding senior technical input and quality assurance across environmental assessments, planning and approvals projects\nDeveloping and reviewing quality management systems, processes and technical methodologies to support high-quality project delivery\nYour Expertise and Skills\nThese requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here.\n15+ years of professional experience, with extensive experience in a consultingsetting\n\nTertiary qualifications from a recognised institute in Environmental Science,Planningor related field\n\nExtensive experience in regulatory approvals within New South Wales\n\nExperience in infrastructure and/or resource sector approval\n\nProven experience with EIS, State and Commonwealth approvals\n\nOnterris is a leading global environmental solutions company partnering with organizations to solve complex challenges where environmental pressures, regulatory expectations and operational risks intersect.
