A movement for better thinking, smarter solutions and lasting impact.\nTogether, we will advance our way of life and protect the integrity of our environment every step of the way.\nA Day in the Life\nAs a Reporting QC Specialist, you’ll be responsible for accurately calculating and validating stack testing results using spreadsheets and handwritten field records.\nThe compensation range for this role is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.\nTo thrive in this role, you’ll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:\nCompiles, analyzes, and reports field data collected from test projects under the supervision of Reporting QC Specialists and Managers\nThis position works with Project Managers, Field Technicians and other reporting staff to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of test reports and other documents\nWrite and assemble documents such as test protocols or test reports using templates, following style guides and SOPs\nPerform review of draft documents for details like grammar and spelling\nCommunicate regularly with field and reporting staff to ensure test reports are completed in a timely manner\nUnderstand roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and third-party accreditation standards\nPerforming various clerical work where needed\nYour Expertise and Skills\nThese requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here.\nBachelor degree in science/engineering or related field preferred High School diploma is acceptable where writing/math/other skills can be demonstrated\nTechnical writing experience beneficial\nFamiliarity with EPA test methods, permits, and regulatory requirements beneficial\nField testing experience is beneficial\nIntermediate user of cloud-based Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel & Word), and PDF editing software\nCapability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nThe physical and environmental requirements below reflect what’s typically needed to perform the essential functions of this role safely and effectively.
